The obverse features the Army emblem beneath the word “Veteran,” which is imprinted in bold on the upper rim. A rendering of the American flag adorns the reverse with “Army” superimposed. Along the rim is a tribute to the core values of the U.S. Army.
Struck in a brass alloy, this coin is imbued on both sides with bold enamel color.
